Restore Facebook page admin

If you have accidentally removed yourself as an admin of a Facebook page and want to restore your admin status, you can follow these steps:
First, make sure you are logged into your Facebook account.
Go to the Facebook page where you were removed as an admin.
Look for a box on the right side of the page that says “Is this your business? Manage Page.” Click on the “Manage Page” button.
This will take you to the Page Management dashboard for the Facebook page.
From the dashboard, click on the “Settings” tab in the top menu.
In the left menu, click on the “Page Roles” option.
In the “Page Roles” section, you should see a list of current page admins and moderators. If you are no longer listed as an admin, you will need to ask another current admin to add you back as an admin.
To add yourself as an admin, type your name or email address into the “Assign a new Page role” field and select “Admin” from the drop-down menu. Then, click the “Add” button.
You will then be added back as an admin of the Facebook page.

To add an admin to a Facebook page, follow these steps:

Note: Only current admins of a Facebook page can add or remove other admins. If you are not an admin of the page and want to become one, you will need to ask a current admin to add you as an admin.
